D.C. Battery: 2V (Voltage) as the basic unit cell.
12V and 24V are for light facilities; 36V and
48V are for medium duty use; 72V and 80V are for
heavy duty purposes.
The connection between each cell must be conducted
by welding method.
Or the short of the circuit, burning and even
explosion may happen if the lead bridges are not
connected by welding method.
Automatic Charging: The capacity used normally

Please note that insufficient or over charging
may cause the damage to the battery.

Charging Indicator and the basic function of equivalent

| 6. How to charge
and maintain the batteries |
Under the situation of normal charge and discharge,
a quality set of batteries can be for 4 ~ 5 years
of life. Adding the distilled water is necessary
as the water may be vapored up after each time of
charging. Whilst, the over water level may cause
the electrolyte spilled out and affect the utility
lift of the batteries.
Before each time of charging, please make sure that
the connector is well connected with the battery
set, then turn on the switch of the charger. And
vice versa after the charging.
However, the lower voltage, current leap or insufficient
charging may happen during the charging process.
Please check with the indicators and value as shown
on the charger, then inform the service engineer
of the story.
Please have the battery charged 1 ~ 2 times every
month, in the case that the battery set is not for
use. |

the equivalent charging with the battery? |
| A equivalent charging is necessary and compulsory
after some period time of Charging and discharging,
which will cause a big difference in voltage with
each individual cell of battery. |

life of battery is getting shortened? |
| It is normal that the aging phenominum may happen
to the battery even though the battery is used under
normal situation. The Recovery can be conducted
to recover the function back and up to 80% level.
We must be very careful in using the battery in
order not only just to prolong the utility life,
but to safeguard the global environments. |
