The digital display mounted on the dashboard shows the actual operating conditoins of the forklift.This new system (available only from sinkobe) employs a PowerPak (PPK) System to control and display the various kinds of data from the residual battery capacity and multi-hour meters to monitoring and self-diagnosis. the new system ensures a corperative and helpul relationship with the operator.

Fuzzy Load Handling prevents load from falling off when using the lever to shift into different lifting speeds.

The fuzzy control function, the improved PPK shockless start/finish mechanism for fork elevation, ensures smooth lifting while shifting into different speeds. when the lever is quickly upshifted from low or mid to high speed, for example, lift speed is maintained as specified to prevent shock when handling load. At the same time, cylinder shock that usually occurs at the lowest and highest stages is eliminated by the fuzzy control system which prevents load form falling off. Moreover, the forks inserted into the pallet are controlled to lift smoothly, thus reducing shock to the pallet.

Fuzzy load handling cleaver forks stop at specified height

The forklift is equipped with a fuzzy PPK controlled "fork lifting auto-stop finction" to stop fork movement smoothly and quietly at the desired height. select the desietly fork height points(up to three points) on the LCD panel, then press the feather-touch button on the lift lever. the fork then stop automatically and smoothly at the designated points. When low stage height is set to the pallet on the floor, the forklift can raise the pallet automatically to significantly improve work efficiency.

Simply pressing a button enables precise and professional fork level setting.

The fork level can be set automatically by the PPK controlled "fork tilting auto-stop function".After the fork stop at the desired point, operate the tilt level while pressing the feather-touch button to level the fork automatically. Even an inexperienced operator can operate the forklift as safely as an experienced operator.
