I. Safety Operation Process
(¡¯ Please conduct and check the following procedures carefully before operation every day.)
1.Wearing the working clothes, safety (insulation) shoe and helmet.
2. To clean up all the possible obstacles around the truck.
3. Condition checking to see if any oil leakage, if safe guard is rigid.
4. Sitting on the seat, and fastening the safety belt.
5. Turn on the key switch to check the Display and see if battery volume is sufficient
6. Driving wheel testing.
7. Tilt testing - Mast
8. Mast lifting and lowering tests
9. Step on the foot brake, loosen the hand brake, and foot brake, step on the accelerator and
....start the forklift gently.

II. Guide to General Maintenance & Adjustment
1. Checking & Refilling of Hydraulic Oil
2. Greasing to all conjunctions and connections
3. Lubricating to the necessary parts
4. Fuse Checking
5. Checking the positions and capacity of all the fuses around
(¡¯ Notice: 4 and 5 are unit)
6. Checking the lifting chain
7. Checking and adjusting the foot brake
8. Checking the gear oil of drive axle
9. Checking the oil level of power steering driver.
(¡¯ Notice: 9 and 1 are unit)
10. Checking the electrolyte level.
11. Checking outer features all round.

III. Method of Test for Safety of Counterbalance Forklift Truck
- - taking 1.5 T. truck for demonstration

1. Safety Guard Loading Test: Loaded with 1.5 M/T Test Load on the safety guard for 30 minutes
continuously.
Result: Approved.

2. Braking Test when laden: The braking track shall not be longer than 2.5 meters after a cute braking when the ruck is traveling in full speed with 1.5 M/T test load on the forks.
Result: Approved.

3. Stability Test - Unladen : The unladen truck should not slide down nor turn over for 30 seconds when it was on the plateform, which is rising in any single side in 30
degrees.
Results : Approved.

4. Hand Brake Test - Unladen : The unladen truck is requested not to move when it was with tightened hand brake on the plateform, which is in 35 degrees upward rising with any single side for 30 seconds.
Results : Approved.

5. Stability Test - Laden : The laden truck is requested not to move when it was with tightened hand brake on the plateform, which is in a slope of 30 degrees upward rising with any single side for 30 seconds.
Results : Approved

6. Hand Brake Test - Laden : The laden truck is requested not to move when it was with tightened hand brake on the plateform, which is in a slope of 35 degrees upward rising with any single side for 30 seconds.
Results : Approved.

7. Mast Capacity Test - Laden : The mast is requested not to wave or slide down, when it was lifting up to the top and stopped for 60 seconds.
Results : approved

8. Inspections to all the lamps and outer features.
Results : O. K.
