I. Safety Operation Process
¡° Please conduct and check the following procedures carefully before operation every day.
1. Wearing the working clothes, safety/insulation shoe, and helmet.
2. Clean up the possible obstacles around the truck.
3. Condition checking to see if any oil leakage, if safe guard is solid, etc.
4. Step on the truck
5. Turn on the key switch to check the Display and see if battery volume is sufficient
6. Driving wheel testing.
7.. Reach Extension Tests
8. Tilt testing - Mast
9. ast lifting and lowering tests
10. Release the foot brake by stepping on the paddle, hold the driving
wheel tightly with the left hand, and pushing the F/R Lever forward to
start the truck gently..

II. Guide to General Maintenance & Adjustment
1. Checking & Refilling the Hydraulic Oil
2. Checking the Tension of Steering Chain
3. Greasing to all conjunctions and connections
4. Lubricating to all necessary parts
5. Fuse Checking
6. Checking the positions and capacity of all the fuses around

7. Adjusting the gap of mechanical disc-brake
8. Checking the lifting chain
9.Checking the gear oil of drive axle
(¡¯ Notice: 9 and 1 are uint )
10. Checking the oil level of power steering driver.
11. Checking the electrolyte level.
12. Checking outer features all round.

III. Method of Test for Safety of Reach Forklift Truck
- - taking 1.5 T. truck for emonstration

1. Braking Test when laden: The braking track shall not be longer than 2.5 meters after a cute braking when the truck is traveling in full speed with 1.5 M/T test load on the forks.
Result: Approved.

2. Stability Test - Unladen : The unladen truck should not slide down or turn over for 30 seconds when it was on the platform, which is rising in any single side in 30 degrees.
Results : Approved.

3. Braking Test - Unladen : The unladen truck is requested not to move when it was with tightened hand brake on the plateform, which is in 35 degrees upward rising with any single side for 30 seconds.
Results : Approved.

4. Stability Test - Laden : The laden truck is requested not to move when it was with tightened hand brake on the plateform, which is in a slope of 30 degrees upward rising with any single side for 30 seconds.
Results : Approved

5. Braking Test - Laden : The laden truck is requested not to move when it was with tightened hand brake on the plateform, which is in a slope of 35 degrees upward rising with any single side for 30 seconds.
Results : Approved.

6. Mast Capacity Test - Laden : The mast is requested not to wave or slide down, when it was lifting up to the top and stopped for 60 seconds.
Results : approved

7. Inspections to all the lamps and outer features.
Results : O. K.
